The tools themselves
Bracketly has no backend and no accounts. Every tool (JSON formatter, Base64 encoder, JWT decoder, hash generator, and the rest) runs entirely in your browser using standard JavaScript and Web APIs. Whatever you type or paste into a tool is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on any server.
Analytics
Bracketly uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic (which pages are visited, roughly how many people visit). It's cookieless and doesn't build a profile of individual visitors — Cloudflare's own documentation covers exactly what it collects.
Advertising
Bracketly shows ads served by Google AdSense to help cover hosting costs. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Bracketly itself does not access or store any data these cookies collect.
You can see and adjust what Google knows for ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and read Google's own policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Questions
Bracketly is open-source. If you have a question about this policy or want to check exactly what a page loads, the full source is on GitHub.
